As part of its 25th Annual, the Woodstock Folk Festival will also celebrate its fellow folk music organizations in Woodstock. These three organizations present wonderful talent in Woodstock year-round, and are an important part of the fabric of our community. Each of them will present a 15-minute set on the Main Stage, and a 15-minute set with a Featured Performer at the Open Mike Stage.

  • Since 1992, Amy Beth and Friends (12:00 p.m. Main Stage) has been a monthly gathering of musicians, storytellers, and listeners hosted by Amy and Ray Beth in their home on Hoy Avenue here in Woodstock. Representing this event are its house band made up of Amy Beth, Gary Plazyk, and Neal Brown, also known as The Kishwaukee Ramblers. Amy Beth is a Co-Founder of the Woodstock Folk Festival. Find out more at Amy's website.
  • The Masthouse (1:05 p.m. Main Stage) is a monthly gathering which provides a unique venue where participants can grow in experience and skill; where music, art, and community come together in an atmosphere of encouragement, acceptance, and diversity. Since 1980, friends and neighbors have gathered the first Saturday of every month at the home of Don Mast, 528 E. Calhoun Street in Woodstock, to celebrate the joy of music, wholesome entertainment, and camaraderie; the evenings include an open mic and singalong. During the Festival they will present some of their favorite performers. More on the Masthouse website.
  • Off Square Music (2:10 p.m. Main Stage) presents an open mic twice a month at the Stage Left Café, coordinates the Harvest Festival in Woodstock, and sponsors folk concerts in Woodstock. At the Festival, Off Square will feature Kent Fishburn, Debbie Firak, and Andy Andrick. Kent and Andy are directors of Off Square Music. Visit them at OffSquareMusic.org.
